What we store

We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember a few preferences so the site works the way you left it:

• Theme (light or dark).
• Language.
• Optionally, your recently used tools — kept only on your device.

Analytics cookies

When analytics is on, Google Analytics 4 sets two cookies: "_ga", and "_ga_" followed by our property id. Both hold a randomly generated identifier — what lets a returning visitor be counted as one person rather than several — and both expire after two years.

In the EEA and the UK nothing is set before you accept. Elsewhere analytics is on when you arrive, so these cookies are set then, and the banner says so on your first visit. Your choice itself is remembered on your device so we do not ask again. If you decline, or withdraw later from "Cookie settings" in the footer, we lose permission to store these cookies and measurement stops.

Advertising cookies

None. We show no ads and set no advertising cookies.

Managing what is stored

You can clear this site's data at any time from your browser settings. The tools work fine without any stored preferences — you will simply start with the defaults.

If we introduce advertising, or change what analytics records, we will update this page first, list what is stored, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
